If you enable sync/backup (mudo+), Mudo uses iCloud to keep your anxiety data across devices. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Sync runs quietly in the background - make sure iCloud is enabled for Mudo in your device settings.
You can delete individual anxiety entries from History or remove all data from the app settings. If you need help, contact support at support@mudoapp.com.
